Men

The men’s ministry at Bethel Church aims to help men know Christ, grow in understanding of Him and His Word, and become more like Him in character so that they may fully use their God-given gifts in their calling to lead their families, to serve other believers in Fairbanks and around the world and to reach out with the message and love of Christ.

 

 Men’s Group Fellowship Events

We regularly get together to hang out and have a little fun. Our events combine food, a competition or activity and a brief time of hearing about what God has done in one man’s life. Past events have included snow-machining, rib cook-offs, BBQ-ing on the river and bowling nights.

 

Hands-on Ministry

Can you repair an engine blindfolded? Can you build a house out of spare parts in your garage and a few rolls of duct tape? Do you have hands-on skills and want to use them to help others? Check out our Hands On ministry. We seek to serve folks in our church, in Fairbanks and in neighboring communities by offering work services, repairs, wood-drives and other hands-on services for those in need.  

 

Breakfast of Champions

Come join us for cereal, coffee and gritty discussion on how to do theology. Class meets each Tuesday morning from 6:30-7:45 a.m. in room 310.  

 

One-On-One Mentoring

Are you interested in growing more in your walk in Christ through a mentoring friendship? Would you like to be strengthened in your faith by learning from a spiritual big brother? Do you feel God’s call on your life to disciple someone younger in the faith? Let us know so we can help hook you up!
