Ted & Marilyn Franke
Ted and Marilyn Franke are the directors of Camp Li-Wa in Fairbanks. They oversee a year-round staff of three families plus 35 volunteers during summer camps and several work crews during the early and late summer. The Frankes have served at Camp Li-Wa for over 20 years, during which time the camp has grown from a summer-only schedule to retreats and conferences throughout the winter. With the addition of a heated riding barn the camp now offer a theraputic riding program throughout the year.
