Life's Biggest Questions

  • Where did we come from?
  • What's the problem with our world?
  • Where do we turn for hope?
  • Where are we going?

These are four questions that everybody who considers themselves spiritual, religious, or not, need to face sometime in their life. The relevance of religion, the relevance of church, will be made clear as we clearly address these four "big questions".

  • Solution

We can't do anything on our own to remedy this situation and must rely on a Savior, Jesus Christ. Why is the cross so prevalent in Christian churches? Because it represents God's ultimate solution to our sin problem.

  • Problem

Sin has infiltrated our world, leaving us cut off from God. The problem, according to Christians is not just that we have some "moral" problems, not just that we are bad people needing to be made good, but that we are dead people, needing to be made ALIVE. That's what sin has done, cut us off from God.

  • Destiny

This life is not the end. Christians believe in the promise of heaven, eternity with God.

  • Origin

One of the main premises of Christianity is that we are not an accident, but that we are here on purpose. In fact, Christianity teaches that we were created by a God of love, a personal God who desires to be in relationship with us.
