Associate Pastor of Worship & Connections

We are looking for someone with a heart for Jesus and an adventurous spirit, who is willing to shepherd, along with 3 other pastors, a large congregation in the last frontier of Fairbanks, Alaska. This candidate will collaborate with others in leading worship as well as making visitors feel welcomed and help them get connected to the church body. Minimum annual salary is $50,000 plus depending on education.

Nursery Director

Purpose / Position Overview

The Nursery Director will manage the operations of the Bethel Church nurseries and will recruit, train

and schedule both volunteer and paid nursery workers.

 

Spiritual Requirements

The Nursery Director will:

  • Have passion and vision for loving ministry to infants and toddlers and their families; and
  • Be a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ who is growing in his/her love for and knowledge of Jesus.
